Jackie has been very helpful to me. She is supportive, positive and always leaves me feeling better than when I walked in her office. The advice and approaches she suggest are varied and innovative. She has helped me understand the control I have and how to exercise it. She is wonderful.

Seemed like a good provider when we started. The business organzation side of her office is terrible. She did not know how to handle insurance submissions, wanted a credit card on file to charged when she figured things out. I asked questions about what we owed and how she came to the amounts. For months no answers, emails back and forth and 9 months later she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She says she does not give invoices out or explanation of charges and for me to pay what she says now… Ok news flash the real world does not work that way, patients have a right to ask what is covered and get a detailed billing for charges. Extremely unprofessional. ⁰⁹⁄₂₄ Updating since this provider keeps stating false remarks. This Doctor HARASSED MY FAMILY over the weekend because of my negative review, shared very private information about her staff in an email to explain the emotional instability, asked for a «do over» offered to wipe account clean of debt if I erased this review. Since I declined because people need to know who they are dealing with, provider turned very nasty and have it all in writing. I have proof of wanting to pay in several emails and phone calls and that her office did not do their job properly. I have dealt with many specialities, doctors, medical personnel in many states and never have I encountered someone like this person, and sent a check as soon as explanation of charges were sent.
