Popped in here on way to Central Market next door and left with two pair super comfy shoes at a great price. My Mom even commented that she needs to shop there next time instead of her go to Dillards since they would have been twice as much there.

Seems smaller than most stores however the staff are so very helpful! Always nice to drop by before I hit the grocery store!

I’m pretty sure I will never step foot in this DSW again. The cashiers are always rude, seem to be miserable, and give me the evil eye when i say I do not share my personal info when they ask for my phone number. What!!! I just want to pay for my flip flops, not give you my phone number. That’s what I’m thinking, but am always kind enough to say politely that I do not like to give out my information. My smile could be a mile long, but for some reason the cashier still acts like a total snob when I tell her that. Unacceptable!!! I am here to purchase shoes, not give you my phone number or email. They lost me as a customer.

Came here to look for non-slip shoes for work. Though they only had a few styles to choose from, one of the employees spent about 10 minutes with me helping me find some other cute ones that would be adequate. Excellent customer service — she really went above and beyond. Aside from the selection of hundreds of shoes, they have really nice accessories here too, and good coupons if you sign up for the rewards program.

Great selection of the«NEW» knee BOOT socks. Located in the middle of the store between the boots section. Shop now!!! Of course they offer an awesome selection of boots and shoes and I usually walk out with a few pairs so I love the place.

You’ve seen one DSW Shoe Warehouse, you’ve probably seen them all. The floorplan at this site is no different from others I’ve visited. The staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to greet and ask if you’ve been helped. I swear they lurk around the store for the sole purpose of hunting down customers to kill with kindness. :) I went specifically to this location looking for some heels/sandals that I saw in their online catalog; but sadly only one out 6 pairs were available in the color combo I was looking for. At least I was able to try half of them on in-store, but it’s a bummer that brick-n-mortar shops don’t have the selections available in their web store. I’ll still come by to try shoes on and browse when the shoe buying inclination hits me, but most likely I won’t purchase them in-house since the website has what I want in-stock.

This DSW shoes location was a joy to be in. Granted, it did not have the plush easy chairs that were usually on the outside aisles adjacent to a 60-inch flat screen(they are in locations back East), yet it didn’t have to be. The volume of shoes in this store can be described in one word: MASSIVE! I mean, the men’s selection alone goes from one end of the wall at the front of the store to the beginning of the clearance rack in the rear of the store. It is not an exaggeration to say that this DSW has a «sea of shoes of all shapes & sizes.» All of the brands that I liked were there: Floresheims, Stacy Adams, Bostonians, Kenneth Cole– you name it, DSW has it. And get this: it seemed like most of the shoes that I liked were on sale as well. Now I know that DSW is known for this, but its just a good feeling to see quality shoes that don’t have that high 20−30% markup. And talk about being a clean store. The aisles and shelving were without the tissue paper and pantyhose booties that you would normally expect in a smaller retail location. This alone was absolutely refreshing and appreciated from the DSW staff’s diligence. I also noticed that the clearance section at the rear of the store was just as clean. Of course, the women’s sections take up an estimated 80% of the total inventory of this store, yet this isn’t a surprise. I’m just grateful that this location has that all important 20% inventory stock for the men’s section so that I can peruse the considerable choices that DSW has to offer while my wife does her shopping. Just wish that this DSW had the plush chairs to relax on though while the missus shops for 2 hours. Oh well.

When you find a bargain in the clearance section, it’s a reasonable deal… otherwise, I just won’t pay $ 79.95 for my Sperry’s…the margins are huge here, so maybe we should all invest in DSW!!!

It’s so fun to shop here! An employee(I didn’t get her name) was very friendly and super helpful. I was looking for a particular style of shoes and she took the time to show me where I can find a pair. Although they did not have any shoes I was shopping for, I did find a cute pair of heels in the clearance section: $ 90 shoes for $ 20! I love a good bargain! I will return soon for another shopping adventure!

I absolutely love this store and prices for one of my favorite brand shoe(Diba), they make some of the stylist shoe boots and sandals ever. DSW let’s you use up to 3 coupons off any priced merchandise. I got a really nice Franco Santana sandal reg. priced at $ 119 and marked down to 79.49. After my coupons I only paid $ 29.49. It is always worth the drive to this Southlake store.
