Carpet One

What a circus! Dropping furniture, rolling and cutting my carpet in the road with traffic! Many install flaws causing poor fit to walls, stairs & entries, broken ceramic tiles next to carpet being installed,
My 1^st instinct was to go with another company. I’m sorry I did not!
The samples of carpet are deceiving. They felt thick and plush. Believe me… They are nothing like the actual carpet installed. I was shown carpet samples that did NOT in anyway reflect the true product I was purchasing. Most of the cush to the carpet is the padding. Buyer beware!
I should have gone with my 1^st instincts and went with a different company! Poor communication with installers, Lack of skill, lack of respect for furniture/​belongings, A huge waste of $$ ! Almost $ 3000 down the toilet!
On a positive note the Manager Chris Hughes was absolutely helpful trying resolve my carpet installation issues. Still a work in progress. Furniture repair’s have been made.

Great service
