The best cleaners ever! I finally found A right place for my clothing. I had some bad experience with other cleaner before I know a plus cleaners. My clothing cleaned by others had such as a bad scent, broken beads, not removed dirty spot, and etc. A Plus cleaner is different. Clothing is cleaned very well and nice packed… most of all, the store is clean, and the atmosphere is also very nice. I always like to see their nice plant pots. some times they took my stuffs one more day for extra working. I think that they really take care of me so much. thanks my good neighbor.

I used A+ Cleaners in Southlake and they ruined my daughter’s pink Sweethoney Cardigan which cost $ 42. It had never been washed before and I wanted to dry clean it. When I picked it up it had stains all over it and looked like it had been washed 100 + times with piling and was now dingy. They front desk worker could not speak English to communicate with me. The owner is suppose to call me back Monday… we’ll see b/​c she didn’t seem to understand that I needed to be refunded. To be continued… Update: I called back and they don’t speak enough English to understand. I was told the manager would call. He never responded. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLEANERS!

I took my shearskin that I had purchased from Nordstrom here to be cleaned. When I picked it up it was discolored and it had shrunk. The sleeves are now too short and the bottom of the coat is uneven where it buttons. The owner would take no responsibility for this mistake. Very unethical. I would not recommend them at all.
