Worst Rite aid ever! I found a hair once in their ice cream. Yuck! Plus worst pharmacy ever. Had to change to Walgreens. I get eczema prescription cream. Instead they gave me some kind of lotion that burned my skin. I had told them about it, instead they just laughed at me. I’m calling corporate! I would put negative stars if I could. But I can’t. Go to Walgreens on Atlantic way better.

rite aid pharmacy has the worst service ever the pharmacist are so rude n very disrespectful I have went a couple of times cause I have a lupus n seizures so I get prescribed norco everything I go they look @ me like I’m a druggs attack or I came see them talking about my prescription so rude last time the Dr accidentally wrote my prescription wrong instead of letting me no they look @ me rude n told me no we don’t have it I ask can u order it and I’ll come back when u guys have it they said no with an attitude when they have done it before thanks to CVS the pharmacy was nice enough to let me know they wrote it wrong so I went to my Dr n they gave me a knew one plus they charge me 95 $ for it @ rite aid so I went to walgreens they did not accept my insurance but sold it for 45 $ and they still gave me a coupon so it can co. e out to 35 $ very nice people I went back a month later took my prescription again to rite aid @ 7 pm n they told me we r looking to see if we have it aftercare minutes the pharmacist told me we won’t be able to give it to you till tomorrow we have to confirm it like saying to make sure it’s legit it made me upset I called in the morning they had forgot left me on hold for like 15 minutes still had me call back in 20 minutes finally they said it will be ready in 45 minutes I said no ill be there in 30 it should of been ready since the morning but they forgot all about it it’s not the first time last time it took a week to order it n I had to call to see if it was ready because they never bothered to call me n the girls just said oh for the norco it’s ready real rude n she already knew who I was I didn’t even have to tell her what medicine so that just tells me that they were gossiping about me there I mature n not professional @ all I swear I wanted to tell them off there stupid immature bitches that need to mind there own business they don’t know what I’m going thru n they made me feel bad ever time I go in really hope they read this review my name is yanet yepes n I’ll be glad to talk to who ever wants to contact me all the girls there need to grow up even tho some are older and respect patient medical conditions instead of criticizing there meds they deserve no starts but I had to to puck one they deserve a slap in there face

This rite aid used to be one of the best now they have become so sloppy of the care of the store! And the pharmacy is so un professional! It’s now 8:10 in the morning and no one is even here. They advertise to be open at 8am The work ethic around here is horrible! Not happy! I will not surprise when they close this one too! People crying for the jobs! They should take care of them when they have one!

This place would be a 1 star if it wasn’t because of the great deals they have on alcohol. The pharmacy is small so sometimes they won’t have the necessary prescriptions that people need, and they are slow, but most places are so nothing really out of the ordinary there. The check out lines can get long and checking out can be nightmare. Enough so that if you don’t really need an item you might consider just going somewhere else to buy what you need.
For the most part the workers that I have encountered here have been nice, but there doesn’t seem to be any sense of urgency. This location is literally the most convenient place to my home so I will continue to come here. Most Rite Aid locations in Southeast LA are a nightmare anyway so this experience doesn’t come as anything new.

I paid $ 5.49 for a hand packed ice cream that only had 5 scopes. When I told them what they were giving me wasn’t hand packed, they were so immature about correcting my order. I paid and left but u won’t be retuning, I’ll make the drive to HP where they know how to treat customers.

The pharmacy is what really pissed me off. I have a reaccurring prescription so I don’t have to call in everytime I run out of what I need to take. It was even suggested by the pharmacist herself that this would be helpful and would save me time. I get a call which is a recording telling me that my prescription is ready for me to pick up. I go to pick it up, not even that day, I went about 2 days later and the pharmacist had me standing there for about 15 minutes because I can tell she can’t find it by her walking back and forth and asking the pharmacy techs about it. Then she tells me that it’s not there yet. At this point I’m livid, and my mind is boggled and it didn’t seem to phase the pharmacist who had a complete blank stare in her face and gave me an empty apology. The woman is practiaclly a damn doctor and she should’ve been more empathic for wasting my time since she is supposed to be some type of professional. Anywho, I had to go back the next day to get my meds. I thought the CVS pharmacy in Bell was busted, but this Rite Aid pharmacy in my new neighborhood of South Gate is really a close second to me wanting to rather walk on broken glass.

Nothing to complain about Rite Aid! Easy place to go too when you need to pick up a couple things.

Shock top $ 10.99 for a 12 pack! Enough said =) plus they usually have good sales on all beer!

I like their thrifty ice cream and the fact that they are right around the corner from my house. Their liquor is very pricey almost 2 times more expensive than CVS, and has a wider selection so I prefer to go to CVS. Their refund policy sucks, I had a problem returning one unopened ‘food item’ 1 day later and they would’nt refund me. The manager there is a bit of a smart mouth, I would’nt recomend even trying to ask for him it will get you no where. So I say go to CVS for the better service and variety =)

Love this Rite Aid. Carries my favorite Thrifty brand ice cream, and always has a good selection of beers. Only thing it lacks is on size. Its a small joint, but once again, good beer selection.
