Friendly fast service through drive through. Was even told that my sandwich was made with love!

Disappointing location. However, most Southfield locations of anything have also been equally disappointing. I was in line for about 8 minutes before being serviced… and I was the only one in line. I was ignored for quite some time. From there, the order was rung up wrong, as well as the location not having the correct bread for the sandwich I ordered, even though it was only 7pm. They used panini bread instead for it, and STILL managed to get it wrong by putting mayo on it when I said it three times to not put mayo on it. I was astounded to find out that nobody was in line at the drive thru either, so I wasn’t sure where the hold up or confusion one. Adding this place to my list of Southfield establishments to avoid.

I work nearby this Tim Hortons and have come here a few times since there aren’t any other close by coffee shops. Every time the customer service is poor. Most of the time the orders are wrong — missing items that I paid for or don’t even put what I ordered for correctly. This past visit I wanted to participate in the camp promotion to give back to the children’s Tim Hortons camp by rounding up my order and the cashier looked at me like I was dumb and said he had no idea what I was talking about. even though everyone including himself was wearing Camp Tim Hortons T-shirt that said round up your order. To me that is just sad that the employees are not educated about their own promotions and always seem to be upset at work.

I’ve been to better Tim Hortons. Normally I am not a Tim Hortons fan and this store makes my opinion even worse of the company. Always seems a little dirty. Customer service is POOR. You always feel like your bothering them. The selection of donuts seems like someone who doesn’t care just threw them on the shelf and didn’t care where they are supposed to go. Donuts always taste like they are 2 days old and they just pour more glaze on the top of them so make them last longer.

Like a lot of the other reviews, this TH stinks. i’ve been here multiple times. Messed up orders with no apologies, no «good morning» when you order, and the ebonics can be so strong I can’t understand what the person is saying to me. No thanks…

Free wifi and great fattening foods like ice cream and mocha blended coffees :-) The staff is nice, and filled with students and lonely office workers so pretty easy to strike up conversations.

This location sucks. They consistently screw up your order and tell you they are out of things after you order and pay. Hit the one on Northwestern just west of Telegraph… much better there.

I like Timmy’s. Great coffee, great doughnuts and fresh bagels. Good prices. Drive through at this location. Also they make some tasty sandwiches for lunch.

4 Stars because there is a Coldstone in this location, and it is conveniently located right off the Lodge Freeway! The service is also pretty quick and most of the workers are friendly. This will be my go-to place this Summer.

Drove up today for oatmeal. Standard questions: «Large or small? Berries or maple?» So I drive to the window to get my food, pay, and am waiting… and waiting. Finally, someone says«we’re out of oatmeal.» To which I reply«why’d you let me order it then!» To think… so many choices, none of them available. And it’s a dry good. Not exactly the same as being out of, say, turkey bacon. So anyway, they reply«well you paid with credit card, so can we give you yogurt. Do you want to see it?» Well if I wanted yogurt, I would have ordered it. So I ask for my money back. «Can’t we just give you yogurt? it’s easier.» «No, I’ll go somewhere else for oatmeal.» And then the little troll proceeds to complain about me to her colleagues. Really. I’m not eating yogurt just because you sold me something you couldn’t deliver on, especially if you’re rude about messing up my order. I’m done with this T. Ho’s.

I come to this Tim Horton’s for a drive-up bagel, muffin or oatmeal before work. It’s faster than many of the other TH in the area. The guy at the window is quite friendly. Yes, this is fast chain food but, given that, it’s pretty all right.
