I came here with a group of friends for a spa day. The services were awesome. In addition to our services, they provided food, drinks, and massage oils to take home.
I received a hot stone massage from Sharon and a therapeutic Pedicure from Shaun. These ladies were very professional and provided great customer service. I am allergic to fragrance oils and lotions and Salon Jacqueline & Spa made sure they had hypoallergenic products for me.
I will definitely return for more services.

I wish I could give no stars! This «spa“is horrible! The décor is out of date, the environment was not peaceful. I received a massage there, the rooms were small and plain. The bathroom was also small and looked like it was in need of repair. During my massage, I could hear people outside the door, which made the experience worse. I was not offered anything to drink when I arrived and the hospitalty was not what I’m used to receiving from other spas. I can’t wait until my regular spa re-opens! I will never return here nor recommend anyone receive services at Salon Jacqueline!

The only reason why im giving this place two stars instead of just one is because the brazillian i got was quick.
im not an experienced person in regards to getting Brazilians but i know for sure this was done wrong.
she did large sections at a time, didnt use any hard wax for the sensitive areas and didnt remove any excess wax or provide any wax remover in order for me to remove the wax. i ended up having to go to cvs to get wax finisher to remove all of the wax so that i could stop sticking to everything, including myself. and not only that, after all that pain, not all the hair was removed.
all in all, if you want a quick wax go here.
but i wouldn’t recommend going here, no matter how cheap the groupon is.

I haven’t even had my appointment yet and I am already disappointed with this place. After booking a relaxing trip for two people, well in advanced I was called 2 days before to be told that they could no longer accommodate two people at the time and either had to split up or come in earlier. Because of this clerical mistake on their part where they overbooked themselves, now a nice weekend I had planned is getting all screwed up. Making and keeping appointments should be the easiest thing to do for someone in this industry and they have managed to ruin my experience before I even walk in the door because of their lack of basic business skills.
