Not a great McDonald’s. The service is not so good and the play area is usually kind of dirty. The only reason we go there, is because it is on the way home from my sons school. Lately the service has gotten better

Ok — yes I get it… I’m reviewing a fast food restaurant — but I saw something yesterday that I just can’t get out of my head. My husband and I hit the drive thru after a long day. He large sized his meal and before pulling away, he checked the bag. Of course, we had 2 small fries instead of the large that he ordered. I pulled over and took the fries back inside to exchange them… they asked for my receipt and I explained that I was the only car in the drive-thru and I truly did not get out of my car, after going thru the drive-thru, to scam them out of a .10 cent upgrade! They smiled, took my small fries, handed me a large fry… then…placed my small fry back in the warming rack — to be given to the next guy!!! WHAT??? Who does this??? And can they do this??? Shaking my head, walked away and vowed to myself I will never be back!

This is a horrible location. Drive Thru is not an option as it is has in the past always been far too long. They are under-staffed and the staff that is there hardly cares. If you tell them you are in a hurry they act like you personally called them a name. I have been to many locations before, but never before have I seen such levels of apathy at a fast food location. Look, we all know this isn’t a dream job but at least ACT like you want to be there. Condiments are nowhere to be found, No naplins, no straws, drink location is usually messy, and the lay-out of the store in general is not well thought out. Honestly I have nothing against McDonalds as a whole, but I despise this particular location. No redeeming qualities. 0⁄5 if I could.

The staff at this McDonalds has always been friendly, but things are a bit shabby instead of shiny around the edges, and it’s sloooooow… even during off periods the wait for the food is surprisingly long. Plus… are there condiments at this location? Do you have to ask for them at the counter? If there’s a self-serve area I haven’t found it yet!

Great staff BUT… the worst McDonalds. We went there at 11:35AM. No one in front of us in Drive thru… ordered double cheese burgers with no ketchup or pickles frys and drinks The burgers were both cold… how do you serve a cold burger at noon with no one in front of you? They also did not give us ketchup for the frys, no napkins and no straws

The service was pretty good around midnight when I used the drive thru. I only ordered a large fry which was hot but too salty.

yes, i know i Unilocaled a mcdonalds restaurant, reason is they have this sick ass combo meal that ive never seen before, cause i live in CA. they have a meal thats called mighty wings combo! fried chicken wings! man some wings… at mcdonalds!

Yes the drive thru is slow because this place is always packed. This McDonald’s is always packed because the service is through the roof! The owner, Ken Brown, is one of the most dedicated people I have ever met. His dedication to being the best at whatever you do transcends titles and pay and makes this location better than the commercials. I stopped by this McDonald’s on a whim and thought the person taking my order at the drive thru was hilarious. Some time later I attended a luncheon and Ken Brown was the keynote speaker. Once I put two and two together and realized this was the man behind the magic at my local Mickey D’s, it all made sense. This McDonald’s should be the model for all others to follow!

The drive-thru line is kind of slow and the place is always busy, but Ms. Ivy, the drive-thru godess, will make you smile.
