Best place for bird watching. They have a deck where you can watch a variety of birds. They have a lot of hiking trails and benches along the river. You might even see the river otter that lives there.

Newtown, CT
One of the best In the state. Over 650 acres of hills, meadows and river valleys. Nice for bird and nature watching and hiking. Over 15 miles of trails that vary from meadow land flat to steeps up in the hills. Previous land keeper kept the site in meticulous condition however much less so under the new person.
