I like this store. It has great prices to begin with and they still run awesome sales. I like that they carry larger sizes in the store. They have a great staff working here.

Will never go to this location again I was humiliated while trying to return a dress that I had never worn. The dress did not have a tag on it but the lady that was helping me said she could look it up by my old navy card. She asked her co worker who I think name was Khristine was it ok if she gave me a return credit. The lady Kristine goes on to say how she doesn’t know if I’ve worn the dress and we can’t take it back. When the lady who was helping me said she could return it. She was rude and unprofessional. She Insisted I worn the dress when I hadn’t. She ask the lady that was helping me did the dress look worn to her and responded whatever. In front of a store full of guest. I couldn’t believe it. I asked could I speak to manager and she said she was the manager. So I didn’t want to speak to her of course because clearly she doesn’t know how to talk to guests. Who talks this way to a customer when supposedly your the manager? She then says you can call 1800 old navy in the nastiest way. I am a regular shopper at old navy and after that experience I don’t think I will be returning and I hate that I even got a credit card with them.

I really like Old Navy. You can find some great, basic pieces there. However, unless you want to look like a carbon copy of everyone else, I wouldn’t suggest buying your whole wardrobe there. I do have several items and love their yoga pants! When I saw the sign advertising a sale on activewear I knew I had to go in. They had several clearance racks so I spent a few happy minutes looking. The store in Southaven is super nice and they just remodeled it. It looks brand new! While I was shopping, I noticed a girl vacuuming. Ok, fine I can deal with that. Then as I walked around I noticed a lot of employees cleaning. I was literally tripping over cleaning supplies. At one point I had to stand to the side of a display and lean over to look at the tank tops. They were also using some kind of cleaner that gave me a slight headache. Completely ruined my shopping experience. Word to the wise– While deep cleaning the store is nice and appreciated, try to do it before or after closing.
