I’ve been seeing Christine for almost 3 years and she is incredible. She is so up to date on the greatest looks and always gives me a cut and style that best compliments my features. Salon is beautiful and always well kept.

I decided to try a different salon and so this was it. What most impressed me was the fact that they not only seemed able to do the «usual» things but for someone like myself who has been using the same salon for over 15 years they offered something «new» I was quite satisfied with my current salon but I wanted to try a new/​stylist for a change. I tend to go into new places with no pre-​concieved notions.. I first get an overall feel for the employees and then I go from there. But I do tend to scrutinize things about the business before I go and review them. I have no qualms when it comes to observations being stated wether good or bad. Here is what i took note of on my first visit to Elite Concepts. The atmosphere. It was warm and welcoming. The girls working seemed to be very dedicated to what they do. They seemed as well versed in the traditional cuts and styles as they were in the modern and young styles. I had Casey do my hair. She listened to me express what I wanted and did not want and she listened really well. She offered her opinion and gave me suggestions but only when she was asked. She didn’t try forcing what she wanted on me and she also had the ethics in that she wouldn’t have done something that wouldn’t work without first making me aware of the negative possibilities. In other words she goes above and beyond as far as wanting to make and keep her clients happy, but at the same time she is good enough at what she does to risk all that by being truthful That to me is a very very important quality to have in someone like a hair stylist in which you tend to build on a trusting relationship. The salon was clean and I liked the layout as well. The costs were more than reasonable and truly i got more than I paid for. I made another apptointment so that tells you something as well. I plan on updating my review in the future and giving periodical updates in the future. but I will say to anyone looking to try something new you will not go wrong here. Everything that you want to know about is explained in great detail so you know exactly what is waht and all you’re options are explained as well. And they are honestand upfront about costs. Thanks
