Dr. Friedman charged me a lot of money to save teeth that I told him I wanted replaced by implants. He reinforced the teeth with pins which were uncomfortable and left me paying for stopgap repairs for teeth he had agreed to implant. The work was such that, at a teaching hospital, a dental surgeon pointed at it and joked about it with another surgeon by giving him a knowing look and saying «old school.»
I had to pay him in advance for an implant that would not stay in. He wouldn’t refund any of the money.
After a cleaning and exam, he said with a straight face that I had no cavities and should just continue routine checkups, despite the fact that he had a long list of work that was needed. At that point, I stopped trusting him to be in my mouth and I cut my losses.

I have been going to this office for several years and I am happy with the staff and Dr. Boris/​Dr. Friedman. But just last week I went for a tooth infection and saw a Dr. ALex Sulpovar. He is the worst dentist I had ever encountered in my entire life! He is very unprofessional, rude, and does not keep the patient informed on what he is going to do. Like I mentioned, I went for a specific problem, (I poked my tooth). When I told him what I was there for he told me to let him do his work or if not to leave. He literally threw me out of his office. Never going to him again. He is there on Mondays.

I have been with this office for 7 years, but I have never ever experienced such BAD customer service from their front desk — Victoria drives your patients away!!! Do I have to go through attitude and faces to go to a dentist? No! My daughter was brought to tears twice because of this poorly behaved woman! I have referred over 10 people to this office and I regret it now! Not going back period!

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Eric Friedman for over 10 years. He takes care of my whole family including my 6 year old son. I see him for all kinds of needs, whether it is an emergency or just a routine exam. They use the latest equipment and specialize in painless dentistry. The staff is courteous and professional. When Eric is on vacation or can’t see me for any reason, I also see his brother — Boris Friedman, who is equally capable, friendly and professional.
P. S. Michelle at the front desk is really helpful and friendly and their dental hygienists are really good too!
