This was my first time here. I came with a group of 10 people for a birthday celebration and we weren’t disappointed. We seated ourselves and made room for all of our guests. Our waitress came over shortly after and took our drink orders. While we waited to order, she brought us appetizers — which was a great surprise. The French fries are amazing !!! Definitely get them even if it’s not part of your order. Our order was placed and came out shortly after. For 10 people that was awesome. The size of the meals were incredible. You will definitely have leftovers, and be happy about it. We all recommend going here. You won’t be disappointed

So here I sit after being stranded in the Bronx. I was hungry and it didn’t matter what I got. After the lunch rush I start calling around an no one would hook me up. I then called this joint and I got a very sweet young lady who took my order and brought it to me. Holy smokes did I score a fantastic pie. Very very good I give it a thumbs up if stuck at Clara’s Pasta on forever wait to load. Quick hot and good. Can’t go wrong.

We just had one of the best pizzas we’ve had in a very long time served by the most pleasant waitress we’ve ever had in a very clean warmly decorated setting. Highly recommend this place. We will be back.

Great revival of this former town staple. Food is great: the pizza, salads, lasagna, cheesy garlic bread; I’ve never been disappointed. The owner and staff are always kind and welcoming, it’s a casual atmosphere but clean and comfortable.

One of the better restaurants in the area. We go there for 2 – 3 times a week for lunch. Great food, great service. Their Cobb salad is amazing. Excellent grinders and calzones.

Stopped in for a Tuesday lunch. Very nice interior — about a dozen booths and tables. Very nice wait staff– pleasant and attentive. Huge menu — appetizers, salads, chicken/veal/fresh seafood/fried seafood entrees, pasta, Italian dishes, grinders. burgers, sandwiches, wraps, gyros –it’s more like a diner than a pizza place. I had a small Greek Salad($ 6.25) and a slice of pizza($ 2.25). The salad would have been plenty– a generous portion of crisp ice cold lettuce, tomato and cuke wedges, olives and feta cheese, served with two very delicious knotted rolls. The salad gets a 5. I wanted a cheese slice, but after I ordered, my server came back and said they didn’t have any, so would I be OK with a pepperoni slice. I said OK. I should have passed. It was huge, which is OK if the pizza is good. Mine was soggy like a water soaked sponge and very oily. Maybe that would be OK for a 2AM scarf, but I sure would have preferred something less soggy with a little structural integrity to it. This bloated thing flopped over as soon as I picked it up. So I give the pizza a 2. Still, they do have a very ambitious menu, and my server was very nice. Hence, the 3 stars

Let me start off by saying, «Looks can be VERY Deceiving…». From the outside, this place is extremely easy to miss, partially to the fact that it’s pushed back slightly from the main drag of Route 5(A very busy street/main drag). I’ve been there many many years ago, and the food was so-so, not really impressed. However, as of a few months ago, they are under NEW ownership and let me tell you, WOW! Our first time there, we were pleasantly greeted at the door & shown to a booth. We were talking to the waitress for a bit about the new changes while I was figuring out what I wanted. I decided to go with the Penne Alla Vodka(picture shown under album) with Shrimp. While we were waiting for our food, we were given a complimentary basket of Cheesy Garlic Bread(So Good!!) along with our well proportioned salads. We waited I think about 20 minutues from the time we ordered til our food arrived. There was only 1 other table of 2 in at the time, & i’ve yet to go when it was busy. The portions of the Pasta was incredible. You pay extra for the shrimp, but they give you plenty of it for the price! A little heavy on the cream sauce for my liking but aside from that, it was the best damn Penne Alla Vodka i’ve had in a while! Highly Highly recommend trying this place if you haven’t been in a while. Well worth it! For 2 orders of Penne Alla Vodka(one with shrimp), 2 Ice Tea’s & side salads which came with it, the meal was around $ 30.Extremely reasonable & fair for the amount of food & quality you will get.
