I tell you this means a lot coming from me because I HATE spending $$ on things I can’t see, and I am not easy to trust technicians when it comes to services I do not understand. Better Air is an EXCEPTIONAL business and I would recommend them to anyone. They fitted me in same day and sent out the sweetest, most informative, hard working individual named Marcus. He was fun to be around and did a flawless job, both in breaking down the procedures and the pricing, but also in the actual service itself. My ducts are spotless now — and they looked even worse than the pic they have on here!!! Thank God for companies like Better Air keeping me sane throughout the process of buying my first home here in the Hartford area!!!

I am pleased to write this review for Better Air, an air vent/​duct-​cleaning service. I was privileged to have Kenny Roberts inspect and clean my ventilation system today (November 11, 2015). Kenny was pleasant to work with, informative about my ventilation system, and did a thorough job cleaning my air ducts. I now feel my home is a little cleaner and my heating/​cooling system a little more efficient. Thank you Kenny!
