I’ve known Shannon for 2 years now. She stared cutting my husbands hair, then my sons, and now mine. I love that the whole family is able to see her and she does an amazing job with us all. My husband and I are both particular about how we like our hair and who cuts our hair.
I made sure the whole family got in to see Shannon one last time before we move out of state. We are all sad to be leaving her! We wish her the best!!!

Shannon is AMAZING, point blank, period. Whether you want natural looking or crazzzzy artistic bright hair she can bring your dreams to life! She is super visual and can create any type of vision you have for your locks, even if it’s just a a picture of a flower you like or a small reference like that she truly understands art, composition, and her craft. Ever since I moved to Boston a year ago I have been seeing Shannon and she’s taken me from bright damaged «red» to aqua and silver to bright blue and back to a mint shade all within a year and my hair is still very healthy and feels great. She is very professional and on top of confirming and reminding you of appointments, breaking down her price points and explaining what each element is and why it is priced accordingly, and is a great person to just talk with in general. Unlike hair stylists I’ve had in the past who just say uh-​huh, yeah, etc… when you’re trying to have conversation, Shannon really gets to know you and has fun with you during the appointment. Finally, she is on top of her techniques, products, and hair game in general. She regularly attends conventions and strives to continue her hair education which, as a customer, makes me feel very secure that I’m getting the latest and greatest hair techniques. Shannon does incredible work!!! She really makes sure she has a firm idea of what you want and makes sure you are as comfortable as possible. I first went to her after receiving a bad colour from a Groupon place (should have known better) and will never look back. She is a great person to chat to, will always tell you what she’s doing, and booking online is super easy. Not to mention, she really goes out of her way to accommodate her clients. There has been more than one occasion she’s managed to fit me in for a last minute colour.
Shannon really enjoys her work and is truly a hair artist. I was debating an undercut for while and she really walked me through the pros and cons. I went for it and absolutely love it. Over the past couple years going to her, she has managed to get my hair to such an amazing red without using any bleach. She’s equally a hair stylist, artist, and life saver.

Shannon is one of the best hairdressers around. She has wonderful attention to detail and a great natural gift. Whether you want something fun and funky or something classic, she can do both beautifully. Shannon has done my hair many times and I’m always happy with it!

My friend referred me to see Shannon, and thank god she did. I met Shannon a week ago, I had a horrible experience with my hair being damaged and butchered by a previous stylist who I had trusted for years. When I sat in Shannon’s chair and she saw what had been previously done to my hair I got real emotional. Slightly embarrassed and upset she was so nice and started my hair on an restoring treatment. You can tell that she has such a passion for what she does, and is also a genuinely kind person in general.
Shannon’s genuinely cares about your hair, your confidence, and it’s just a good feeling to find a stylist that makes you feel comfortable by explaining everything she’s doing. In the one time meeting her she repaired so much damage done by another stylist. I’m crazy excited to get back in the chair and see what masterpiece she makes out of my hair!!!

Shannon is such a great stylist! As a guy, I’m very picky about who and how I like my haircut. Shannon listened to what I wanted and delivered on exactly what I asked. She did such a great job with my hair, that I now bring my son to her for his cut. If I could give Shannon 10 stars, I would. If you are looking for a great stylist who takes pride in her work, you should definitely go see Shannon!!!

Scheduling was really easy and she gets back to you extremely fast. She asks you questions about the condition of your hair, what you want (I wanted a blonde ombré in time for prom), expectations, ect over the phone. One great thing to know is that the salon she’s at is closed on Sundays so she gets the salon to herself on that day. I went in on a Sunday and it was very quiet and comfortable.
Shannon is the most friendliest, chill, confident, passionate, and artistic stylist you’ll ever meet. Sitting in the chair is never awkward or boring because she’ll always spark a conversation with you and even explain to you what she’s doing to your hair. This is very important in that it forms a good feeling of trust between you and stylist (very important when doing hair because nothing is worse than sitting in that chair filled with fear).
Now about my hair. My hair was lightened with box hair dyes countless times then dyed dark. The dark dye then faded and my natural black hair was growing out. That is what Shannon had to worked with. She split my blonde ombré goal into 2 sessions because she said going full blonde in one go would be terrible for my hair. The first session was a brownish-​orange color and the second session (done app 2 weeks later) was blonde. I LOVE my new hair! As expected, since my hair is not virgin hair, it was damaged. But Shannon became my hair guardian angel gave me free products to help my hair heal and gain strength. And now my hair is stronger and it feels great. My hair wasn’t styled after the blonde was achieved because she wanted as little heat exposure as possible. So the final result pic was actually taken at my house and curled by myself a few weeks after having it done. But the color is exactly how I wanted it :) She even offered to help do my hair for prom free of charge because she knows I can’t afford to get it done. I can never thank her enough for what she’s done for me.
