Ordered a tall coffee in a reusable cup, lady with tattoos all over her arms at window, about 915am, filled the cup barely half full, I guess she thinks if you screw someone, she’ll get a better tip. NOT!

I like have this Starbucks, and enjoy it when I stay inside. The downside, is in the mornings, when the employees(and some customers) go and smoke on the patio, it makes it difficult for ALL the patrons to enjoy the outside. In most other Starbucks, there is no smoking on the patios so that ALL people are allowed to enjoy the space and breath smoke-free air. Kind of a bummer, since this place is really close to my home.

It is the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. They have consistently messed up my order, only to realize it after I have left the drive through. Either the barrister is incompetent or needs help. In any case I usually avoid that starbucks as often as i can.

A great place to hang out and get some work done! The parking is a bit limited however. Great coffee!

One day, while in Venice, I decided to stop and get a coffee before heading over to grab my FL drivers license. I am glad I gave this location a second chance. The baristas were super friendly and the coffee was made to order. I placed my order and had my latte in my hand in super fast time. The store was clean, and packed. Glad to see a lot has changed in the five years it has been since I have been here.

love most of the employees here ! I’ve come to make friends with some and they recognize me and my order !(since it’s always the same) most everyone seems to be in a great mood when I’m there, but you’ll have workers in a bad mood wherever you go, they’re allowed to have personal problems and as long as it doesn’t reflect on me I have no problem. love the iced coffees! affordable and delicious. although sometimes when I walk in there’s an awful smell, a mix of trash and sewage, don’t really know what’s going on with that but I’ve learned to overlook it. !

Live in Venice 5 minutes from this location, and its on my way to work. It is my favorite Starbucks to stop at, everyone is over the top nice, and they really get you going in the morning. I always leave with a smile on my face and of course great coffee!

I’m not from the Venice area. Stopped in to get breakfast on way to start a kayaking/beach day. This Starbucks was clean, fully stocked and staff was friendly. Didn’t order coffee, so I can’t personally speak on their barista abilities or day to day operations. But my visit there was A –OK

The guys that work here always make my Americano correctly. I don’t know his name– the blonde one. He rocks. Always friendly, helpful and gets me through the line or drive through quickly.

Have you ever been to a Starbucks? It’s just like that. They have good days and bad days(though I’ve never had a bad experience, it appears others have). It’s the best coffee shop little Venice has to offer and I am grateful! Thank you for pumping me full of caffeine, being sparkling clean, and being open 24 hours a day! I’d recommend it to anyone and everyone. :) Okay, edit now that it’s been open a while… Still love it but I think Black and Gold coffee roasters give Starbucks a run for the«best coffee shop little Venice has to offer» title anymore!

I live in North Port and this is the only Starbucks I like to go to. It’s by far the best in the area because they consistently have everthing in stock. The late night crew are really cool and are really effecient. Plus this is the only Starbucks with the coffee shop feel to it in the area.

Stuck here from out of town dealing with a family emergency. I’m only at Starbucks for the wi-fi, not for the coffee. Having said that, I’m not a cheapskate; every time I’ve come here I’ve bought something. First time I came in, at around 12:30 a.m. on a Thursday night, the guy behind the counter couldn’t have been more helpful, and got me through the 500+ hoops you have to get through to use their wi-fi(One must register with both Starbucks and AT&T’s websites. Sheesh.) Anyway, I was amazed that I actually found a place in this city that’s open this late. Subsequent trips here have been annoying. Tonight, for instance, there’s a trio of girls behind the counter, singing — loudly and badly. Other nights we get the drunken teenager crowds. I prefer the sedate and pretentious and obnoxious coffee house crowds of Los Angeles. Why don’t I just go back there then? Soon, soon. First things first. I can’t complain too much, I guess. Venice has the distinction of having a populace with the highest median age in all of Florida. Whatever young people exist here are bound to congregate in one place and annoy somebody. Pity it’s here and me.
