in 2006 i went to mark yelneck for consultancy after i paid the 120 dollars for 30 minutes only which is was very expensive i was expecting to get the truth advise from this guy but unforshinatly he gave me the advise that he wanted so i can get back and use him again and even after that my case got so complicated to the point untill now i m still strugling with the immegration, he charged me over 700 dollars to fill my greencard application and he didnt credit my 120 dollars consultancy fees towards the 700 dollars he even charged me the processing fees of the credit card to collect the 700 dollars, it was big rip off
he was counting the minutes while i was at his office untill it reached 28 minutes he started counting the final count down to kick me out the office saying that he has other apointments although i didnt see no body at his office ‚
every time i call him in the phone to inquire about my case and status he answered me so breifly and he didnt want to explain the process for me also saying igot to hang up coz i ve more clients like i m not one of his clients, i had so much bad time with this lawyer and stress time nothing else to say just now i m working with another lawyer he is cheaper he listen to my concern and explain the future process to me at the end i would never recommend mark yelneck office to my enemy even he just want to take the money thats it
