Would give 0 stars if I could. Was locked out of my apartment, called them to get someone out. «20 minutes!» They said. «Yay! Maybe the shitty experience of getting locked out of my apartment won’t be that bad!» The guy on the phone said the technician would call me within 5 minutes of the order, but he never called me. No big deal, he’s probably in a rush. 45 minutes go by, radio silence. I call the office. After being on hold for 10 minutes, I talk to the office dispatcher. He doesn’t even apologize for the delay, and then tells me he will call the technician and see where he is. 20 minutes pass, and no call from either the office or the technician. I call the office again, and the office says they will call the technician and then call me back in one minute. Again, no apology, no contrite ness. 10 minutes pass, still no call back. I call the office again, and he says he doesn’t even have the technicians phone number. He then tells me to stop calling, because if the technician calls, his call won’t be able to get through. I have an iPhone. Finally, 5 minutes later, the technician calls. He says he is still in daily city, and will be there in 20 minutes. 35 minutes pass, and he finally arrives. So, tl;dr: estimated wait time 20 mijutes, actual wait time over 2 hours, with epically bad communication and customer service. Luckily, this place will likely go out of business shortly, so hopefully other people will be spared this experience.
