Craving some Soft Serve Ice Cream? Well if you’re in the neighborhood definitely pay them a visit. The guy here was very friendly and the overall ambiance of this place is nice… I think its a family owned place. They have family pictures all over 1 wall. Very «Homie» gives you like a good feeling. I had an Oreo Cookie Dasher but substituted the hot fudge for caramel sauce Y-​U-​M! And ordered a Strawberry Shortcake Dasher for my BF. The Oreo cookie dasher with the substitution was great otherwise it was too heavy with chocolate. The strawberry shortcake one was good because it even had little pieces of pound cake in it. The guy there was very helpful and really nice. I liked what we ordered and really appreciated the great customer service response he gave. So people! When in the area… make it your business to come by here! :-)

I come from a different county over a bridge 30miles away just to get my cakes made here. Always able to put any design I find online on my cakes, and they come out amazing! And the customer service can’t be beat. They are very quick and efficient and they always go the extra mile, weather it’s putting extra crunch in my cake or simply adding beautiful yummy garnishes. Absolutely recommend this place to everyone.

In hopes for comfort as ice cream to spark my inner spirit and revive joy, this Carvel location failed for overall customer service. The male associate cashier does his job and nothing more. To order a small Junior size cup of vanilla ice cream at $ 3.00 from the freezer with strawberries his callous response: «how does one do that? There’s no such thing!» Low and behold there is as described from Carvel’s corporate website. Ergo, I did not realize ordering ice cream required extensive higher education or an extreme high level of experience. Yet without further abject pain, the associate cashier did not block my request to photograph their ice cream menu.
