If I could rate this company a 0 star review, I would. I have tried to cancel my membership 3 TIMES in the past 6 months (apparently none of them worked, as seeing I was charged for using my membership every month since) and when I was finally able to cancel my membership, the sales representative claimed I hadnt had any past cancelations and couldnt refund or reimburse any of the money that they stole from me. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! I am already a broke college student. Word of advice: DO NOT get a membership if at any point you will become inactive at Sun Tan City! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had in my life.

Absolutely the worst spray tan experience I have ever had. I am from out of town and spray tan regularly where I live (using versaspa) and usually am thrilled with the results. I went to sun tan city to do versaspa and did the same type and level I usually do (medium/​clear) and woke up the next day to look exactly same as I did when I went in. I was spray tanning for a wedding I was in and expected to look a certain way, not having any color at all was extremely disappointing. I called the store and spoke with a manager who instead of offering me another session was a little rude and told me she wouldn’t recommend layering sessions. There are plenty of other tanning places around Portland/​south Portland that I would recommend trying before ever going here!
