Been shopping here regularly for over a decade. The store needs a renovation – it’s pretty shabby in some places. Sometimes it’s hard to find someone to ring you out. But overall it’s a positive place to shop.

Mixed review. Had to chase all around the store to get anyone just to point to the Levi’s. Then had to walk up to her repeatedly saying ‘excuse me’ whereupon she went the other way. Twice I asked other folks with Macy’s tags on them for help which they refused and referred me to the lady that clearly did not want to offer ME any help.
BUT the young guy at the dressing room was pleasant and informative, seemingly not as stuck up as the other three folks I had interacted with. Kudos to him for saving the sale.
So a mixed review just talking about staff.

I have yet to have a bad experience here! Sent in this morning looking for a new outfit and wasn’t disappointed! I live the I.N.C. department always cute and just my style! Love love! I may go to other stores but I always come back to Macy’s.

Shocked to see such a low rating here. Just left and could not be more satisfied. Maybe the men’s department is just better than the rest but the customer service there was awesome. Got some great deals on some clearance items and leaving happy.
