I like this pharmacy. I like the whole team. I left the So Pas Pharmacy on Fair Oaks because SoPas can be too small sometimes and I always knew someone in line there and they would call out your name AND your Rx out loud. No thanks. This Ralphs crew has your back. They’re prompt and polite and knowledgable. That’s mostly what you want out of your pharmacy, right? Someone here said they feel like friends and I feel the same way. Thanks guys, for keeping it real.
Love this Ralphs for its experienced and thoughtful store managers, giant parking lot, it’s clean AquaVend machine, but mostly for the sweeping view of the beautiful San Gabriel mountain range when you come out! Nice part of my day.

Wish I could give negative. The last 4. Months they have messed up my prescriptions giving me prescriptions with missing pills not filling the entire order there register and computer are always brokrn and non operational no follow through on refills that need to be authorized (you have to call your doctor and have them send the pharmacy the auth as the pharmacy will not do it) Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever seen.
Am moving my business elsewhere

If there were more stars to give, I’d give more! EVERYONE here is nice and knowledgeable. I have been coming here for over three years now (ever since a Rite Aid pharmacy mixed up my Claritin and my thyroid meds :(
No mistakes, no un-​necessary waits, always right-​on!
Reda, Tan and Annyi have been here since I started coming here. All are so nice and caring, after three years I actually think of them as friends. Reda has answered my «1-​million-​and-​one» questions patiently and correctly time after time, and will go out of the way to make sure you get what you need! Never thought a grocery store pharmacy could be so awesome — but it sure is! And convenient, too.
