So friendly and helpful! Went in a few hours before my wedding to have my ring cleaned and they examined it and found that my center stone was loose. They fixed it, cleaned it in three minutes, and educated me about proper care of the ring to ensure it stays beautiful! They were the friendliest staff ever! Highly recommend them!

Always courteous and helpful, no pressure and fair prices. The owner, Phil, and
staff are good people, I’ve been shopping here for years. I wouldn’t
trust anyone else with my repairs, they are experienced and honest. The vintage jewelry is gorgeous and they can order new stuff too.
To the reviewer that was mad that she wore her jewelry for 4 months and then didn’t get a 100% refund– I don’t understand, what in this world can you use for 4 months and then get a full refund on? The cost to buy a new piece is always going to be higher than if you are going to sell something back as scrap. Would you expect your money back if you bought a car and tried to return it after 4 months? I mean no disrespect to you whatsoever — I’m sorry that you didn’t seem to understand this concept. Just please don’t take out your frustration on a wonderful family business. We need to support our unique brick and mortar local shops, or all we have left is Walmart.
I will always come to Pasadena Jewelers for anything I need relating to jewelry or watches. I love that places like this still exist– there’s a reason this place has been around for more than 40 years!

It’s obvious from the moment you walk in the door that this is an old family business and I’ve always felt treated like family. I really love that they have such a lovely vintage collection. It’s so hard to walk out without scrolling through it like a child wishing for something in a store window. I’ve come home with a number of things from that favorite case and had many compliments on them. They have wonderful modern jewelry and other treasures I can’t overlook but my other appreciation is how well they alter and repair like the old days and charge so little. They came up with a very clever permanent sizer for rings that I had installed on my engagement ring. When stopping at other jewelers they often asked to see it and comment on the ingenuity. Hope we have them forever!

This Jewelry store is terrible. I used to come here when it was owned by the father of the man who owns it now. The son Phil I think his name is owns it now and it seems that he is way more interested in ripping people off. I bought jewelry from him and returned it 4 months later and he bought it back for way less than I bought it for. His father would never have done that to me. I’m a long time customer and I will never come back.

If you are looking for a locally owned «full service» jewelry store, this is it.
They have EVERYTHING one needs in the way of jewelry, at prices quite a bit less than comparable items at the mall shops. But what really keeps me coming back here is the friendly service…
They have treated me with the same courtesy when I was getting a 4 dollar ring sizer for my fiancé, or checking out wedding bands… good people.
They have also done some amazing repair work for me… always with a smile. There is zero «used car salesman» mentality here… no pressure or upsell tactics.
