My experience so far is terrible. I also think its one guy working somewhere. I’ve tried booking this a couple of times and am getting nowhere fast. I have an amazon voucher i can’t use because i can’t book. I’ve tried calling and got nowhere. To book through the difficult website requires a deposit, beware! Use a different massage place.

Terrible and confusing! I tried to make an appointment (2.5 weeks in advance) as a surprise for my husband, and it took about 10 minutes just for the receptionist to get the date, time and my email address. At the end of our conversation (after so much repeating and misunderstanding) she confirmed that everything was all set.
I made plans around this appointment, so that my husband could have a fun-​filled day on this special occasion. Two hours later, a man called and asked if I made an appointment and who I spoke to. The receptionist never mentioned her name, as she was barely capable of making an appointment for me. The man said people have been booking for times that are not available and he would have to get back to me. Two hours later he calls and says that there are NO times available that day. When I ask about the day before (which is a weekday), he claims nothing is available that day either. Since I am trying to book this over two weeks BEFORE the appointment and he was so quick to say «no nothing is available», I am assuming it’s just this one guy working at this place. I would rather take my business to a more professional environment and I am doing just that!
