I have been shopping at Kristine Michael since they day they opened, over 20 years!
The assortment of merchandise is upscale fashion, without being too trendy. There are always unique and beautiful items that cannot be found even at high end department stores. The taste level is timeless.
The staff at Kristine Michael is both knowledgeable and friendly. They have excellent suggestions and follow through. If they know what you like, they will call you and let you know that something you may be interested in has arrived in stock. The atmosphere is casual and not hard sell.
I’ve found this store to be exciting with newness as well as being the epitome of excellent customer service. It is always a pleasurable shopping experience.

Can’t figure out what your lovely lady wants for Xmas? You literally can’t miss here. Seriously, my girl won’t let me out in public without fashion review, and I found her no favorite dress here… with some help from the friendly staff. :)

I have been going to this stores for years and am always impressed by the selection of clothes. The staff is very friendly and give great feedback on certain outfits. My mom, sister and I all walk away finding something we love. I no longer live in Miami but continue to go there every chance I get!

I absolutely love this place! Their customer services is incredible. Everytime I go the person helping me picks out something for me that I wouldn’t typically pull for myself and I end up loving it! They are very helpful, they are not pushy, and they have a great eye to know what will look great on your body type. Last time I went was during a trunk show and they served my boyfriend champange while he patiently waited for me. My favorite clothing store of all time!

I completely agree with other review. They have an Ok selection of designer clothing but a lot of it is overpriced knits. Sales associates were not helpful AT ALL. After asking for help they pointed out 2 things that I didn’t like and were not interested after that. Just got nasty looks from one of the girls. I felt like pretty woman in the first shop even though I had money I was willing to spend. Save yourself the time and energy and go somewhere else.

big disappointment
after reading a profile on miami fashion blog, i was excited to shop here. my first impression was that the clothes seemed so bland and meant for a for an older (50+) demographic. some of the tops looked like they belonged in talbots or chicos. i went through all the racks, and overall the clothes arent bad but nothing stood out.
i wasnt greeted when i walked in. one employee was talking to another customer, but she was so loud and obnoxious it made the place uncomfortable. i had perused 75% of the store before being acknowledged.
the extra star is for the free parking.
