Fantastic customer service here. Gina on the sales floor was super helpful and friendly, and brought a top I might like(and totally breezed past on my way to the sale section, whoops) to my fitting room. Price-wise, Express costs way too much for a T-shirt, but if you’re going for something business-casual, it’s worth the investment. My first blazer from 5 years ago? I still wear it. I still love it.

This Express location is great. This is where I’ll come whenever I’m in the mood to get some fun, dressy/going out clothes. I wish they had a bit more work appropriate stuff. There’s a decent amount of pants and some button-downs, but a lot of them seem more appropriate for somewhere less hot and humid than Miami! This Sunset Place location is much less crowded than the Aventura Mall location, especially during Express’s awesome sales, when tons of crazy women come out from the woodwork and push you out of their way to get to the best sale items. Also, the last time I visited the Express in Dadeland Mall, they told me that they had gotten rid of the sale section. I think I stared at the employee for a good couple of minutes before I stuttered, «Oh… okay.» I just couldn’t understand why they would ever do that! Luckily, this Sunset store still has the sale area. The employees here are very helpful. I typically shop with those«Get $ 25 off your $ 75 purchase» coupons, and they are always understandable. They’ll add things up for you and let you know if you’ve made it to whatever amount you’re trying to reach.(It can get confusing because random items are on sale and you might not even know until they ring them up!) There’s one male employee there who has helped me out more than once. He’ll tell me if I’m just shy of the amount I need, and he’ll find the cheapest item in the store to push me over so I can save more. That’s customer service! I always leave Express happy!
