I received a vape pen as a gift from an online retailer, after struggling to get it to work properly I had given up and gone to the vapors to purchase a new pen. After explaining my issues to the guy behind the counter, he helped me to diagnose my problems with my current pen. This showed a huge amount of awesome business skills, instead of making an easy $ 40 sale on a new product, he trouble shot my current pen that was purchased somewhere else. He ended up selling me a new coil and new juice. Thank you for your honesty and intercity, you have earned my long term business.

Came here while on my honeymoon. I’ve never bought a vape before so I had no idea what I was doing. Thankfully the guy working was super nice and helpful. He took the time to explain different ones and how each worked differently. He didn’t try to make me spend hundreds of dollars either which was nice. There were a few other people looking around the shop but he didn’t leave me to help them even when they said they had a big sale for him. You could tell that he actually cared about what he was selling.

The manager was so knowledgeable and patient in giving me step by step directions on how to use my mod box. So intelligent, and the best customer service I have ever experienced! I would highly recommended this place for all of your vape needs And the staff is the best!

Their juice is delicious; I’m very fond of their «Blueberry Skiscake» as well as all of their custards, pies, and cheesecakes. Those mixers really have their recipes down.
Their employees are great. Very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and overall very friendly.
The only problem I have with this shop is that their hardware prices are ridiculous.
I’ve recently purchased a subtank mini at $ 60. That’s a good $ 30 – 40 above the standard retail price. Granted I was feeling generous and don’t mind supporting local shops… occassionally, when they deserve it, as this shop did. However I wouldn’t continue top pay these prices for their ornery wares. .which mainly consist of clones. Granted I prefer clones, but these clones come at premium prices.
Overall I’d go to this shop for the juice but stay away from the hardware.

I was blown away when i called a number off the website at midnight thinking i was just going to get a machine. the owner answered the phone and we talked for nearly an hour! at midnight on a saterday! Wow he was so knowledgeable about his liquids and so kind i will forever buy my liquid from tahoe vapory! You can really tell this guy cares about his business.5 star$

I’m generally not one to write reviews on businesses, but the Tahoe vapory impressed me so much that I felt the need to give them an amazing review! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been vaping for about 2 years and have never found a shop with such great flavors. They will definitely have a flavor you’re interested in with their plethora of flavors that they design and come up with! Definitely have to check out this Vape store! Will be coming back for more :)

Great place. I went there to get my first vap. Terry was great. He knows everything there is to know. Super friendly, even with my stupid questions. They let you taste different flavors to see what you like. He walked me through how it worked and showed me how to fill it. Best place in town.

I brought my kanger pro tank III into the shop because it was not pulling properly. Indy and the owner were more then helpful. They took my kanger apart and got my kanger working properly. Even drilled bigger holes for a better pull.
They also had a very nice supply of fluids and accessories. This is your one stop spot in South Lake Tahoe for all your vape needs

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took my vape in because it stopped working. The manager spent time working on it and telling my exactly what he was doing, so I could fix it myself. Large selection of juice which you can sample. Let me use his vape while I was waiting. I highly recommend!

I love tahoe vapory. Indy was excellent in sales she let me try literally every flavor there… I was just getting started and getting lots of information and it was the most wonderful day. I spent some money … it was nice and I had a good local discount so all was good.:)
2nd visit–
I met Terry. Omg a wealth of information he gave me too, tried some amazing flavors good talk and left happier then before. Terry is a vaping rock god. Thanks so much!
Now flavors, really nice menu… blueberry cheesecake with gramcraker crust. Good stuff. Also really like wilderness one with peanut butter. Yum. Can vape those deserts all day.
And it worked, I no longer smoke cigs or even want one. And I was a diehard Marlboro light smoker. Vapeing just feels and taste better. 5 stars!
