Tahoe Mountain Lab

We have had a private office in Tahoe Mountain Lab for 10 months and it has been perfect. Our organization downsized and spent a couple of months looking for a new space in South Lake with disappointing results. We were so happy to find Tahoe Mountain Lab! The price is very affordable, especially for all of the benefits: high-​speed internet, utilities included, conference room, great location, special events and workshops to help grow and more effectively manage our business, and access to special deals and events around town. They even bring in free pour-​over coffee service from time to time. The owners of Tahoe Mountain Lab, David and Jamie, are just great — they make sure everyone is happy, are very responsive to needs, they are very involved in the community, and they are just great people.

Great space with a great atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone who works remote or has their own business. They host some fantastic events as well. It’s a great community to be a part of!

Look, there’s no denying that I love working from home. I love the peace and quiet, the ability to raid my snacks anytime I want, and no one judging me for my music choices.
But, when I start noticing that I am talking to my dog a tad too much… it’s time to go visit my friends at the Tahoe Mountain Lab. It’s exciting to connect with the buzz of David and Jamie, the owners of the Lab, and the numerous entrepreneurs launching their dreams right here in Tahoe. Being connected with the Lab has energized me to be a real part of the South Lake Tahoe community and its growing professional environment.
The Lab is bringing many great people together over coffee, professional development, technical talks, and numerous other opportunities. The space is comfortable, relaxing, and the people are unpretentious and interesting. The Internet is fast, and the coffee is always available. There’s probably some of David’s homebrew on tap too!
If you’re in town for just a few days, a few months, or even a few years and need a place to hunker down with your computer, forget the local coffee shops… come be part of a real community.

I worked out of the Mountain Lab for 4 months while my wife and I were living in Tahoe in between spurts in the bay area.
The management does a great job of fostering a collaborative community in the space and are very generous w/​their time and collective experience.
The lab is full of awesome, successful, unpretentious folks, owners and residents alike. I hope to be a part of this community again in the future. Thanks all.
