Bottom line: If you make a reservation don’t assume you have a reservation. I reserved some skis I wanted to demo via their online reservation system. When I showed up, the skis weren’t there. They had no problem finding my reservation, but the skis were evidently still checked out from the day before. What’s worse is that the staff didn’t care. I made them call the person who still had the skis in their possession. I was told they encourage people to keep the skis beyond their reserved day. It didn’t matter to the staff at all that my reservation wasn’t honored. This is really bad business.

These guys are great! Best boot fitters in town! Very professional, very understanding of your needs, honest, and on time! Will have all my boot work done here in the future!

My wife had shin and ankle pain in her old ski boots. Simon helped us out and spent a lot of time with us to troubleshoot the fit, make suggestions, molding, adding inserts, etc. and barely charge us anything. We learned a ton about my wife’s feet and what kind of boots would be best. She tried on some other boots and he was really honest about the fact the ones they had in stock weren’t the best. It was a great experience, definitely would recommend this place and Simon.

Early this season, my new ski boots had my big toes in a pinch! Levi at the boot center was able to mold the plastic for a bigger toe pocket and the pain is gone! I’m soo stoked my boots fit perfect now thanks to Levi’s magical boot skills! :) thanks!!!

I went here thinking that I could try out some skis before making a very large purchase… boy was I wrong! As soon as I entered, I knew that I should have went somewhere else, but their location was convenient, and they had the skis that I liked. I told them that I wanted to rent skis and boots to see if I liked them. Right off of the bat I am informed that their products are expensive, as though I had no idea what I was looking for. Then, instead of properly spending the time to fit my boots, they chose something that they thought would work for me and let me go… Let’s just say that was a big mistake on my part, because my feet were blistered after a day of skiing. At the time they informed me that they only do fittings if I were buying. What’s the point of a trial rental package if not to sell your products and expertise to the customer? Let’s just say I decided to buy my skis elsewhere.
