Charles McGhee – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have to say that this location, has the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. They give customer service a new meaning, which is NO SERVICE, from the supervisor Marisol to the office staff Yesenia. I attempted to help a mutual client of ours in getting a discount in his homeowners insurance and I was met with nothing but condescending responses, not even an attempt to find a resolution for their client more like Oh well.. It is common courtesy when you are ask a question you allow the person to respond, and vice versa not to mention when asked a question they were not able to answer I was hung up on. You just don’t hang up on someone just because your having a bad day and sure don’t stop from helping your client, that is how agencies loose clients. After over a week of lack of service it turns out that the version of Alarm Certificate they have been requesting is not only the out dated version, but a version that is no longer available.
