Sign says they open at 8? It’s 8:07, they’re still not open. What was the point of me rearranging my day to make it here at 8 am sharp if they’re not going to be open??? Horrible.

I called looking for an emergency alteration. The gentleman I spoke with was unable to help me but told me exactly where I could go to get it done. Even gave me directions. It is nice to find a company that cares about the customers and not just the almighty dollar. Thank you so much!!!

They lost what I dropped off and they didn’t even seem to care. Avoid these rachet people.

I have been going here for a couple of months I tried to give this place a chance but every time I came here I was very disappointed I asked for my shirts to be folded not hanged every time I picked up my items they were not left how I asked them they have a you g girl in the front that can not answer any questions and did not try to fix any problems I left a pair of jeans to be dry cleaned I picked them up they were not dry cleaned they we’re ironed with the stain still on them I am looking for another cleaners now

I’m disappointed in this place and sorry that I have to give it 2 stars only, because they actually did a good job. However, their customer service sucked! My BF dropped off two jackets on Saturday morning and was told they would be ready Monday by 6:30pm. It’s Monday, 6:40pm and the items are not ready, we were told they would not be done until 7:30, next thing you know they were not ready until 8pm. Turns out we were given wrong information since the beginning and to top it off, the tailor wasn’t even aware of the items when they were dropped off. Things would have been much easier with a courtesy phone call advising the miscommunication…

Had my suit dry cleaned again and it was not lost or mishandled this is my second time being my business here. They do excellent work at reasonable prices.

Like most people when you find something good you tend to stick to it. I have been going to Tejal Cleaners in Maywood for years, but since I am not as close to that place as I use to be I decided to go on the hunt for a new cleaners place.
I looked up different places on Unilocal and this place was a perfect location. I gave them a call to find out the prices for different articles of clothes. I asked the lady how much they charge for a button up shirt and she said $ 3. $ 3!!! I’m use to paying $ 2 for shirts and $ 2.75 for pants (jeans included). Then I asked her how much they charge for pants and she just said to go in and they would tell me how much they would charge me. No thanks. I’ll make the annoying drive out to Maywood to get fair prices and great service (customer and product).

Best Cleaners Ever — Very happy with their service. I have been a customer for a very long time. I have always received my clothes on time and to the T. Plus they now accept credit cards!
