Only reason go here cuz close to South Gate campus. The Serves is horrible waiting 10 still not one taking orders and another 15 minute of waiting for food… Won’t ever come back. Rather go to the McDonald’s.

Walked in to this location. Since it’s near the school. Yeah expect «students» here. And even looks like students even work here too. Idk if the people behind the counter are new or just don’t know how to run the register but expect slow. Yeah there was a line. It’s a small business so don’t expect to find a table for yourself. 13 tables. One person for a table of 4. You know how it is.

First time eating at this location, and I had no problems with my food.
The only issue I had was getting their attention to ask for the keys to the restroom since all of the workers were kicking it at the back. I mean seriously, would it kill them to leave someone at the front?

So I asked for no cheese and they put cheese. So when I went to take the cheese off this is what I find! A patty that’s not only in two pieces but a patty that’s not even whole. Seriously! What makes you think it’s ok to serve this? But yeah you deserve to get paid $ 15 an hr.

Drive thru is slow and there’s a $ 1 fee for using your debit card. Sorry but I will not be coming back unless I have cash in my purse. I don’t mind waiting for the food but I do mind a surcharge.

Forgot my fries (thankfully I caught it before leaving), only to get back to work and find out they cooked burgers instead of the turkey burgers I ordered and paid for.
It’s not that hard — and they want $ 15/​hr… give me a break.

Only worth going to this location if breakfast or if curtain employees working. Not to sound like an ass but none of the female employees are helpful or good at their job, even come off rude to lots of guests as I sat waiting on my order, it closes earlier then any Carl’s I’ve ever been to & it’s right next to a college but still closes at 9pm when the college classes last till 11pm, I went in at 8pm one time and the girl told me I couldn’t get my order to dine in because they were closing soon… 1hour isn’t soon.
The guy employees are quick helpful & treat every customer like a friend, only reason I go back (that and the tacos & breakfast because the burgers at this location taste old)

Nothing wrong with the food, my complaint is the service. There’s one cashier in particular who NEVER smiles and has this holier than though attitude. Its Carl’s Jr for pete’s sake. Its customer service but I think that it runs all the way to management not making sure their workers are giving friendly service.
If you decide on this place, I recommend drive through.

I enjoy Carl’s, their 6 dollar burgers are awesome, but this Carl’s continues to be slow and un-​interested. It does keep people coming in, I don’t know what it is. Other than that, I’ve never had any problem with the food.
