We used U-​Pack for a move from Seattle to Chicago. Originally planned to drive w /​a UHaul but the move got delayed to January so I started to look for alternatives.
From the first phone call with U-​Pack I felt I had found a solution.
The customer service people were VERY helpful on the phone and everything they said would happen, DID happen. It was easy & affordable. The Cube even arrived in Chicago 2 days earlier than expected. Very nice phone call to get!

This is the worst experience I have had with moving, it started in Oct. 2014 in McHenry, IL and now I’m in New Bruanfels, TX and the nightmare is not over, The worst customer service I’ve ever had, I pray my items are not damaged or nothing has been stolen
