COUNT YOUR CHANGE at the Drive-​thru — the new girl at the window, Delena, has been skimming money off the top from me consistently for 2 weeks now. It’s deliberate. I called her out on it and she is still skimming (but not as much). Joke’s on her though — I normally tip $ 1. She’s only skimming 5 – 20 cents from me daily. Still though… it’s a high volume Dunks –so she’s probably making a good chunk of money when she closes out at the end of day!
She should be fired immediately!

Woah. The fastest fast food I’ve ever had. And the quality isn’t sacrificed. Amazing service. Even if I see a line, I’m there because I know I’ll be at the window in under a minute! Something magical going on in the kitchen at this Dunks locale.

I’m a huge fan of dunkins and this one in particular. I knew this was a good dunkins with fast service and accurate orders but after moving and trying a couple other dunks I had to write a review. Whoever manages this dunkins does a tremendous job as I’ve been going to a couple different ones since moving and have had some issues with orders. Dunks on old colony never messed up my order in 3 years and the drive-​thru and always fast. Hats off to this dunks I will miss you.

Drive through moves quick, I go every morning. They are very polite and if there is ever an error in my order they are quick and happy to correct it.

This is the fastest Dunkin Donuts drive-​thru in the world.
The afternoon staff seems to be a bit slower-​moving than the morning staff, but even then they’re just as good as any other DD. And the morning staff. They are amazing. Line of 10+ cars in the drive-​thru? You’ll have your coffee within 4 minutes, guaranteed. I was skeptical my first time, too. Try it; you won’t be disappointed!
They also have a small parking lot, which is a rarity for local DDs!

I don’t often stop here because of the line that accumulates, but I have to say that this is the fastest moving drive through I’ve ever experienced and the line moves super fast. They never screw up my order when I do go and the food is always hot, unlike some other Dunkins that take 5 minutes to cook a wake up wrap and somehow it’s still cold in the middle and sloppily put together… (ahem River Road Dunkin in Andover).

I gave a woman at the drive-​up window a $ 20 bill and she gave me change for a $ 10 and refused to correct it. I’m positive it was a $ 20 and wonder if others have been victim to that scam.
They seem to have a hard time hearing orders through the drive-​through microphone.
Aside from that, the coffee is good — assuming they got the order right.

I hit this Dunkin every morning on my way to work. Yes, it causes some traffic trying to get to the drive-​thru, but the staff keeps that line moving and they never screw up an order.
Tip to other drivers: Keep it tight in the drive-​thru lane. There are cars waiting behind you and sometimes get caught in the middle of the road and block traffic. That’s no good for anyone.

Worst DD in Boston.
I went there is morning to order my usual iced coffee and I’m a regular DD drinker so I have my cup that I bring and have it filled. (If you buy one of their cups the refills are only $ 1.50) Well the lady at the counter rings it up wrong, I ask her to correct the price, she makes a scene and lowers the price but still has it wrong. I am needing to go so I don’t say anything but she then starts making rude remarks about it. I won’t be returning.

Seriously? There is only one review of this Dunkin Donuts and it’s bad? This is probably the best one in Southie… I’ve been to a million drive thrus and this is the fastest one. If that makes me lazy so be it. The coffee is always good here and they are really fast

the drive thru service @ this DD is appalling! the rude lady got our order wrong three times and was more lackadaisical and unprofessional than the sad looking team at boston market on morrissey blvd. after asking for the correct drink order for the fourth time, ms. rude pants took my iced tea out of view and returned with it saying, «enjoy your tea» with a tone and a cackle that convinced me she spit in it or something equivalent. while i like DD, i will never visit this franchise of poorly trained staff with attitudes again. drinker beware!
