Just had lunch here. Very friendly staff and clean! I had the gyro plate… very good and more than I could finish. I highly recommend this restaurant!

A problem with living on the west side is the close proximity to King Gyros. A pita plate or big baby just can’t be beat!

Excellent gyros. Portions are big. The gyro meat is juicy and full of flavor. I like their french fries(thin and crispy kind). The cucumber sauce is awesome and the service is quick and friendly.

Nice big screen TV where we watched GREECE lose a World Cup game to Costa Rica today. Ironically, mostly Latino people were customers when we walked in as were the 2 grill cooks who came out to watch game’s end during some slow time. Now, on to the food… junior gyros was plenty to fill my belly at suppertime. Teenaged son’s appetite appropriately slain by 2 Chicago style hot dogs and fries. Spouse’s evaluation of Italian beef: Tasty and good grilled sweet Vidalia onions w it. Cashier asked spouse, «How you want your beef?» & then cracked up when he said«Medium rare.» Delish rice pudding & baklava. Bill came to about $ 18 @ the counter. Good value.

One of the few places in south bend you can get something OTHER than a burger. I do like the gyros, however definitely not even close to what I’ve had in LA or even Chicago! Worth a try, but don’t expect anything that great! Also, they serve Pepsi instead of Coke which I think sucks! Overall, their food is tasty but really greasy and kind of a mix of greek and american.

Let me tell you the 6 piece mini rib tips are charbroiled to perfection. The homemade bbq sauce smothered over the top releases a world of intoxicating taste. If you order the combo meal, you will get the fries, garlic bread and homemade coleslaw for only $ 5.19 and it comes with a drink too! Wait time is very little and they have a drive thru.
