This is the tail end of a negative review I posted on Statewide Auto Repair. Fortunately, Cope’s saved the day, and earned a new customer next time I need service.
USAA had already dispatched a great company called Copes Garage. I called Copes and John answered immediately. I told them what had happened with the other company and asked if they could expedite. They had a truck to me in about 10 minutes (20 minutes ahead of the ETA). Great service and very polite. I think I’ll start going to Copes for all my auto needs.
USAA also said they score the companies based on customer feedback, so yay for Copes and boo for statewide. If you have a similar experience make sure you tell your insurance.

My car got hit in my work parking lot and we used Copes towing and body shop. I got my car in less then 2 weeks. Not only did they do an amazing job, they were EXTREMELY NICE, Bob took very good care of me. Also my car was SPOTLESS, I was very pleased with my experience at Copes garage. Thank you!!!

A terrible experience from start to finish. We were lied to by the «shop manager» and then when we followed up with the owner/​boss we were given nothing but excuses…
DO NOT USE COPE“S if at all possible… they must save the good service for friends and family.
