I too agree with the last review. my primary placed a referral for me to see an ENT. I waited for weeks for them to call me and it was an urgent matter. When I made my appointment I asked then if they were able to get me an appointment that was earlier in the day because I had another appointment. I was told that «it shouldn’t be any problem». I arrived 15 min early and again asked if they were running on time and explained that I had another appointment. Again they said «No problem!» So after waiting an hour for a 15 min appointment I told them to forget it and I needed to leave.
Maybe if they were more organized and didn’t over book. Seriously it’s not as if I’m going to urgent care where I expect to wait for hours.

They asked me to arrive 15 minutes early and I was 20 minutes early to fill out one sheet of paperwork. Then, I waited 45 minutes to be taken in to be seen. The actual appointment was fast. But, it lacked results. I was referred to this ENT for my allergies. Since, he couldn’t figure out what was aggravating my nose I ended up getting referred to another doctor. Overall, «meh, I’ve experienced better.»
