Pamela and her team (Luis, you are awesome) offer and DELIVER outstanding real estate advice and services. They are warm, friendly, personable as well as helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They really knock the ball out of the park. I am extremely grateful to have them as part of my legal team.

I went to see Pamela on Nov 29^th 2012 and ended up completely wasting my time and money. After driving 2 hours back and forth from Santa Cruz to Santa Clara, Pamela had the audacity to phone in a consultation which she quoted to cost nearly $ 500. I suffer from chronic back pain, depression and painful chronic stomach issues but still made the trek out to meet her. Her excuse was that she had the flu and after driving halfway to the office, decided to turn around because she didn’t feel «up to it».
An INITIAL EMAIL DETAILING THE ENTIRE CASE was sent to her after which she replied that she felt that she could help me. After I took the day off of work and spent the time, money and effort to go out to Santa Cruz, she replied that she was not interested in the case. If she had bothered to read the entire documentation that was sent to her which included a detailed case summary made by REZA KHAN her fellow attorney, she would have immediately been able to let me know over email whether or not she felt she could represent me in a case. Whether she ignored the letters or read them and decided that she could make a quick buck off of the consultation is neither here nor there. Avoid her at all costs.

If you want to save your money, time, and sanity, then run away from this law firm. Pamela is a bully. She presumes an air of arrogance, but I found her to be sloppy, ineffective, and unprofessional. She over-​represented who she knows on «the inside» at the banks and what she could accomplish.
You can find much better help with your mortgage situation than this office and you don’t have to pay in the $ 400 per hour range either. My only advice to you is to turn and run away as fast as you can and know that she is not the only game in town!
