Strictly Laminate Floors

We absolutely love our floors that we got from Strictly Laminate. Mark was very helpful to us during the buying and installation process. We have referred several friends and will be back again. The floors are amazing with kids and dogs!

I have gone to Mark for years for my flooring. He is profession, knowledgable and very helpful in choosing the right floor for my needs.
He installed the floor for us in a timely manner, was very clean and tidy.
I get so many compliments on our floors. They are easy to clean and great for kids and animals.

Place gets one star for the beauty of the flooring and how they turned out. If you are putting them in yourself, he throws a temper tantrum and makes small jabs at you pretty much telling you how incompetent you are. It’s laminate flooring??? We aren’t building a rocket ship. 3 boxes were damaged and would not click together no matter what we did. The grooves on the flooring was damaged. We saw the whole box was damaged from either when he loaded them with the fork lift, or from UPS. We told him that and he said if he was putting them

To work (once again making a small jab that he is the floor God and can do anything) So he would have used damaged flooring if he was installing them? Thank God we didn’t have him install them. WE had to
Cover the cost of three new boxes. He made it seem like he was doing us a favor that he was covering half of the 60 $ freight when… When the boxes were damaged… And then he had the nerve to ask us for our extra underlayment back. Our friends were going to go and order roughly 6,000 dollars worth of
Flooring from him but saw how he treated us and decided to go elsewhere.
