Check out their new location in Standard! They’ve done an amazing job with combining their two stores. Everything is clean, neat, organized and the staff make you feel really welcomed. As a consigner, I’ve found it easy to drop off clothes, shop and pick up money when I’m able. Thank you for being here!

This store makes feel like it’s my home away from home! The owners are awesome! Customer service is awesome! They always have a great selection to choose from and my items I bring in get sold! Payouts are great! I highly recommend this shop to all my friends and locals if they want great deals and want to make some money on their recycled items! They are also open to selling your homemade items at a fair price! Love this place!

Very disappointed, went to pick up my items and they weren’t there! I was told to come in February but since they are closing the store I thought I should pick up my things now. The store has gone downhill with the new owners. They have terrible customer service, ok you are stressed! But don’t take it out on everyone around you especially your clients. I got a few dollars finally! They found it somewhere in their system, really get an updated program if you can’t run this one. Still can’t find my clothes! Sorry I don’t need this place and there are many others around to take my clothes too! Don’t waste your time here.

Worst, most sneaky, unprofessional place I’ve been to since I moved to Sonora. What a joke. They like to change up their contract and not let anyone know. They were rude when you are trying to just INQUIRE about your consignment.
At first they tell you, it takes about two weeks for things to be tagged and put out on the floor. OK, no problem. I call back over two weeks later, try to talk with somebody about the status and I can’t get a word in, the woman talks over you and it is so irritating!
Stop in 4 – 5 weeks later and I get a lady who is all frazzled, telling me they don’t do payouts on Friday, she’s only suppose to be part-​time, now she’s full time, OK all I’m asking is the status?! Finally she tells me, Zero credit.
Stopped by just the other day and inquired again. I asked on the status and was told I have a little credit (sweet). But it’s under $ 10 and I’m more than welcome to use it as store credit cause it’s under $ 10 and they redid their contact and they don’t do payouts in December. I have a contract that’s up on December 13^th.
So my contract was void without me knowing for how long. In the original contact it does state anything under $ 15 is paid in cash, anything over you get a check. And it states NOWHERE they don’t payout in December.
I am so fed up with this place I just told them to forget about my account, they can keep the GD clothes!!!
Seriously worst experience ever. NEVER AGAIN.

Been visiting this store off and on for over a year. I don’t think there is the original care that was there in the past. It smells like a used clothing store rather than a fine boutique it could be. Some of the clothes are not washed and very wrinkled. I saw they gathered the clothes from bags, rather than on hangers.
Come on owners! You can do better – step it up!
