The manager Belen Nuño is very rude. I went in to trade in my iPhone and she said that it isn’t in good enough condition. I asked her to show me the scratches and she could not even find them. She was very rude. I asked her to show me the contract and it said that the phone has to be in «good physical condition» and when I called the costumer service they said that they should trade the phone if the screen is in good condition which it is. Every time I go to this store I leave mad. This manager should not be working with people at all. She was VERY rude. Once again her name was Belen Nuño.

If you don’t have to have A.T.& T. service don’t save the frustration. Today I tried to get a copy of my wire-less bill did the chat over the computer«we will have to get back to you by phone,“‘set up an appointment never did got a call back. Land –line bill(paper copy by mail) has on it a second line that was disconnect back in June. Finally got a human voice on the line. Kept on the line for 15 minutes because if I hung up she would get another call right away. Somethings wrong, its a company of no service. The move in June was a nightmare. We had to beg them for service. Advice don’t do anything over the phone or the inter-net go to the store and refuse leave if you don’t get answers. And don’t take call backs because they don’t happen.

DONOTBELIEVEANYTHING A SALESPERSONTELLSYOUINTHISSTORE! This is my experience: My Otter Box iPhone cover and belt clip broke after about 2 years of use. I priced Otter Boxes at Walmart and other stores, but returned to the AT&T store and bought their overpriced $ 50.00 Otter Box because the salesman said if it broke again, keep the receipt and bring it in and AT&T will replace it on the spot… INTHESTORE! When it broke again I returned to the store, and, you guessed it…“I’m sorry, that warranty is only through the manufacturer…“ Ever feel like a schmuck for falling for some line like that? Then you know how I feel about AT&T now… And they refused to budge…

I recently went to the Sonora store and was taken care of by Andrew, who went over and beyond to help me with an IPAD purchase. Very professional and really knows his stuff, not to mention how friendly he is. Thank you Andrew. I wish all ATT employees were as efficient as you are. :) I never felt rushed even though the store was very busy.

I recently upgraded my home phone lines to commercial lines so that I could receive the promised 2-hour response time on trouble tickets and get generally better service and more prompt attention. This morning both of my phone lines are completely out with no dial tone. When I finally logged the trouble ticket, the automated repair line gave me a repair time of 7pm on Saturday which is a 58-hour response time! What the hell happened to the 2-hour response time promise! The 4 direct phone numbers they gave me(at various points in the past) for service people and supervisors in case I needed faster response — no one is answering those phones! I am certain AT&T literally does not care if I receive service or not and they are so big and powerful, I am just a speck on their service radar. I then called back and spoke to a human and expedited my service request, was promised a 2-hour call back. The automated call back told me that their service schedule is too busy to fit me in prior to 7pm on Saturday. Here’s another horror story for you… I signed up for AT&T phones+TV in December. They were supposed to give me 2 commercial lines, TV and bundle with my 1 other AT&T line and all of my wireless services. Not only did they never bundle anything, I had to order my own TV service. They bundled my wireless bill onto my landline bill for 1 month only, in which I was double billed because I received a billing for the same service period on a bundled-bill and a wireless bill, both. They never credited the double billing and their billing department can’t sort out the problem because their landline people and wireless people are 2 different departments who can’t talk to each other or see each others billings. They told me I would have to drive to the Sonora store and show the service person my 2 bills and that person would then call AT&T billing and start the conversation over. This is ridiculous! How is it better that the AT&T store person call and discuss the bill in front of them, as opposed to me? Also I could fax the bill copy if all they need is to see it! Of course I couldn’t fax it today, because my phones are out!!! I just signed a contract with Megapath VoIP. Anything is better than AT&T.
