Working with Whitney was nothing short of amazing! We debated getting a wedding coordinator for quite some time and after seeing the value Whitney brought to our event, I am confident we made the right decision. Where do I begin? Whitney did a phenomenal job providing partial planning services for our wedding in September. We didn’t have much time to find a venue, and with a lot of variables in play, she found is a beautiful venue that set the stage for a magical wedding day — within 2 weeks. She has a strong eye for design, brings creativity to her work, and is helped us find terrific vendors while working within our budget. She continued to help us save right up until the wedding day. On the wedding day itself, we had a lot of vendors and a tight timeline to follow — she was on top of every detail, and her staff put us totally at ease throughout the event. It was a stunning day and we just can’t thank Whitney enough for everything she did for us. This isn’t goodbye! Thank you, Whitney.

Whitney was our«day of» coordinator for our wedding at Beringer Vineyards in August 2015, and let me say she was spectacular. «Day of coordinator» is also not a correct description for all that she does. From sharing her favorite vendors, to doing walk throughs and suggesting reception layouts, Whitney was there every step of the way. She wowed not only me(a very tough customer!), but my parents and now husband. On top of that, the overall knowledge you get from Whitney is so worth every.single.penny. She is super savvy about all wedding vendors in wine country which was reassuring as I sifted through an endless number of florists, bakers, DJs, etc. Every vendor she recommended was simply the best. As someone who is in a client service industry, she impressed me at every turn. She knows so much about how to execute the perfect day that it allows you to actually enjoy your wedding ;) Even a month later, my parents and I are still talking about what an exceptional job she did. I’ve recommended her to friends and will continue to sing her praises. Do yourself a favor and hire her NOW for your wedding!

Whitney Nelson Events provided«Day of» services for our wedding, but it was soooo much more! Whitney and her assistant were so professional, helpful, and really made our wedding a success. Seriously, I couldn’t have done it without her– from coordinating rentals, putting out flowers, calmly responding to a lack of ice emergency, all with cool, friendly, professionalism. It was such a pleasure to work with Whitney Nelson Events. Our event was likely a bit unique in a less established venue, with shall we say, a few quirks, but Whitney was creative and a great problem solver and worked super hard. She always responded to my emails in a timely manner and was upbeat and organized, even when I did not feel that way. In the end, everything was just as I had hoped for and more. She really listened to what I wanted. I can’t say it enough, thank you, Whitney!

I was hired as a caricaturist last night at Beringer. Sarah was the on site wedding coordinator and in my 20 years of drawing I have yet to see someone so diligent. Wedding planning is a tricky thing because there are many vaulted expectations and often so many things do not go as planned. I have seen many wedding planners — some better than others. The venue was beautiful but there were many moving parts that made for a challenging task. Sarah was up for the challenge and the guests really seemed to have a great time. Highly recommend Whitney Nelson Events.

Whitney was our coordinator from start to finish for our daughters wedding at Beringer In St Helena. Most beautiful venue ever! She recommended this venue for us too! Whitney was our day of coordinator for our big day in October and I don’t think that I can thank her enough. We had talked about my «vision» leading up to the big day and she made it all a reality. When I walked out to see the venue all decorated and set up for the first time, I was blown away. Whitney helped not only set everything up, but helped coordinating the wedding party, even getting my new husband and I to where we needed to be at all times. Eddie and I were able to trully enjoy our wedding day, because we knew that Whitney was there to handle anything that might come along. Thanks for everything Whitney!

Whitney was our day of wedding coordinator and without her my now wife and I would have been in disarray. Whitney met with us in person several times and exchanged emails promptly when we didn’t need to meet in person. She was helpful with adding some personal touches to our wedding, positioning various pieces of our wedding and overall a fun person for my wife and I to work with. I’d highly recommend checking Whitney out if you’re in need of a good wedding planner/day of coordinator and want a hassle free day on your big day.
