Michael’s range of expertise in construction, material usage and design is simply remarkable. I have used him to work on my own developments and also referred him to my real estate clients, always with outstanding results. He has a unique approach to managing projects and always comes up with creative solutions to problems. He is very responsive and detail oriented and has handled extremeIy complex designs. I highly recommend him for any project.

Michael assisted us with our negotiations and contract review with our contractor for a total remodel of our home in Ross. It was great to have him on our team as there were so many items that were missing in the contract, that he put back in. I only wish I had him actually manage my project throughout construction. My contractor ended breaching our agreement (undocumented labors, unlicensed subs, etc.) — all items could have been avoided if we had had Michael there throughout the job. Definitely recommend him.
