Mike Caselli – Pacific Union

I have had the opportunity to work with Mike on several occasions. It is obvious that Mike has his clients best interest in mind at all times throughout the home buying/​selling process. If you are looking to buy or sell in Sonoma or anywhere in the wine country, I highly recommend, Mike!

I had a bad experience with Mike Caselli of Pacific Union in Sonoma. Mr. Caselli reached out to me directly to ask if he could bring a client to the house that I was selling myself. I agreed to give him 2.5 commission on the sale of my house. His client liked my house and immediately put in an offer. Mr. Caselli then asked for a full 5% commission or he would advise the buyer to withdraw. I explained that we had agreed to the 2.5% commission and that is what I would pay him for this transaction. The buyer then withdrew the offer after consulting with Mr. Caselli. I would not recommend using Mike Caselli of Pacific Union in Sonoma for any of your real estate needs. He is not trustworthy and lacks business ethics and integrity. I would recommend Dan Casabonne with Frank Allen Howard in Sonoma. If you have any questions, you may reach me directly at 415−342−3914.

I cannot say enough great things about Mike Caselli! I was referred to him by a friend who knew I’d be selling my Grandfather’s house. I feel so fortunate that my first experience with a Realtor was with Mike because he was wonderful. The only problem is, he has set the bar so incredibly high for any Realtor I deal with in the future!

Mike and I came up with a plan for listing and selling my Grandfather’s home, and within a few weeks it was sold. I know everyone has special circumstances, and it’s a tough market right now, but Mike knew exactly how to approach it, and how to handle my needs and questions perfectly. He was always easy to communicate with, and was quick to return phone calls and emails.
