What a sweet little spot! Some friends and I stopped in after getting a little too tipsy at Dos Cabezas. This bakery has the perfect Sonoita location(the only intersection in town), and has the most charming courtyard! My friends and I each got a pastry, and they were all fantastic. I got a cookie bar called the Johnny Depp, and my friends got filled croissant pastries. The guys who run the joint are very sweet, and were very well-dressed when we went! They offer salads and sandwiches, as well as soups and other lunch-type items. The only issue is dear lord it is expensive. 3 pastries for $ 22? AYE. But for a one-time deal, especially when you really gotta sober up and you would like to do so in an outdoor patio, under a tree, watching hummingbirds bathe in a fountain… it’s worth it.

Wow. This is truly a great place to go for breakfast, lunch, or just the daily sweet tooth. The owners are very nice folks. The food is worth every penny, and not nearly as expensive as some of these other reviews would suggest. Made with love! And the awesome canned goods are unique and tasty. Highly highly highly recommended.

Charming surroundings, beautiful gardens although we couldn’t take advantage due to a rare rain storm. The coffee was excellent, muffins very good, cinnamon roll and blueberry streusel were excellent. The owner very helpful, friendly, gracious. A great find.

So Chantelle P. is right that this is not the cheapest bakery around. However, you’re not getting stuff from the Wal-Mart bakery section. This is EXCELLENTSTUFF. Very fresh, with high quality ingredients and everything I had was DELICIOUS. The spinach croissant was excellent, as was the dark cherry tort and chocolate chip cookie. I love that they are using great, healthy ingredients. If you’re just passing through town at the wineries, you won’t be disappointed by a stop here for some sweet treats! Just a bit less expensive and I’d give it five stars.

Outrageously overpriced. Small portions. Uncomfortable vibe. First item on the menu: Soup with bread: $ 10.95 or, Soup with bread and salad $ 14.95. Are you joking? This place needs a reality check. We had a croissant sandwich, $ 14.95, which was very small and had an omelet filling, which was hardened on the edges and tasted old. Tried also the roasted vegetable sandwich, $ 12.95, which was ok, but was a tiny portion also served as an open faced sandwich on some horrible mediocre white bread. My coffee was the only good thing I can say of this establishment, though when I asked for cream and was given individual prepackaged creamers you find in a diner– I again had to laugh. Please. We were a party of 3 and were charged gratuity also.(?) Oh and bring cash, they don’t accept cards. Although the use of local and organic ingredients I appreciate, the quality and prices, unfortunately not.

Relatively new bakery whose owners have prior bakery experience elsewhere. This is evident in the yummy bakery goods they have. I highly recommend their bear claw with nuts. Delicious nutty, buttery, flakey goodness! I also had their spinach and feta pastry with fruit salad. It was a little pricey at 13.95. But there was lots of filling unlike other places. They heated it up for me and I sat outside on their lovely fenced in area filled with plants. A few song birds kept me company. There would likely have been more if their bird feeders had been restocked. There are plenty of seats inside too. They also have for sale many of their own jarred jams and such. I recommend this place as the place to stop for a bite in this small town. The owners are on site working and are very pleasant. Notice: they do not take credit cards.
