His knowledge of the body muscle systems allows him to explain to you in layman’s terms the causes and corrections that he applies. After a therapy session session with Dave you have a greater understanding of how your body responds to your daily activities so that you become aware of what may be causing ongoing issues with your body. He is a gifted healer with the highest recommendations.

David Bruno is a professional incorporating a myriad of techniques to deliver the best sports/​deep tissue massage I’ve had anywhere. If you’re injured or sore from training or athletic endeavors, you owe it to yourself to explore this as a way to facilitate healing and improve mobility. I can’t say enough good things about the effort David puts into his craft, and the results I’ve experienced.

David’s been helping me overcome various joint overuse issues, chronically tight and pulled muscles, and migraines for over 7 years now. My posture is better, my migraines are better, and I feel overall healthier. He listens to your requests, and has a variety of techniques to use on any one section of the body. He’s constantly incorporating new/​alternate therapies alongside older ones to be as effective as possible for your particular needs.

David Bruno is an amazing massage therapist! I’ve been going to him for over four years for all sorts of chronic neck, back, plantar fasciitis and general all over fibromyalgia pain. I broke my ankle just over a year ago and David really helped me heal much faster and less painfully than I would have without his help. By the time I was out of my (walking) cast and started physical therapy, the PT was amazed at how great my flexibility was and how well and quickly my ankle was healing. I’ve seen many therapists throughout the years and no one even comes close to the fantastic work David does. This is no usual spa type massage work – he really works at the root of your problems to make real change. I highly recommend David!
