When I first came across Nizhoni Health Systems, home care was a foreign concept to me and I had a lot to learn. My experience with their nurses and support staff has been nothing but positive. I feel comfortable asking questions, I know that I will get a real person on the phone when I call, and I was even told that if someone isn’t the right match for their services, they will make sure to refer that person to the care they need.

I have been working at Nizhoni Health Systems for 5 years now and think that it’s a great place to work. The owner of the company, as well as all of our employees, are incredibly hard-​working. Every staff member is fully dedicated to providing the best care for our patients. Whether it be our nurses going out to see the patients every day, sometimes even traveling through blizzards to get there, or our office staff working to support the nurses, we all work together to provide the quality care that our patients deserve. I would highly recommend Nizhoni’s services to anyone in need of home care services.

A cluster of messes is what this VNA is. What a nightmare, such a stressful time and they did not organize anytghing and discharged without telling us. HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY!

If you are looking for quality home care this is the company. The nurses go above and beyond the call of duty to care for their patients. From my personal experience, the nursing care is exceptional, this is the company I want caring for my loved ones! I was always worried about a stranger caring for my nana, but the nurse that comes in and takes care of her has even replaced me?! She was so against it at first but it could not have been a better of a fit!

I would not recommend this company to any of my enemies! This healthcare company cares more about money than about genuine care for their clients! I would recommend At Home VNA or Comfort Care if you are looking for an excellent home healthcare company!
