I wanted to make sure to add this business and be the first review because I have such a hard time finding good quality, reliable tradesmen and when I finally do, I want to shout it from the rooftops and tell everybody and their brother. In this case, I can shout it from my own rooftop which is now safely repaired. I’ve had Marcos (the main guy) do work for me a couple of times now to repair work that previous contractors had done wrong. I was very impressed by his professionalism in setting up an appointment, arriving when he said he would, and communicating with me to keep me informed at each step along the process. His quote was very reasonable (even less than some others I spoke with). He explained the problem, laid out the options, gave his recommendation, and then followed through with our plan SUCCESSFULLY. What’s perhaps more important, though, I felt that he was really concerned about doing the job correctly the first time (he also guarantees his work, but I haven’t needed any follow-​ups because he did it right the first time!). I had some other work that needed to be done around the house, and Marcos was nice enough to help me with some of it and then make referrals on the other stuff. All around good experience.
I’ve had some bad experiences with contractors in the past but this time I’m really happy and plan to stick with these guys.
