I have been a regular here since it opened. One night I put the same amount of soap in three washers. One of them was overflowing with soap and would not drain. I asked the guy working if he could start it again so that I could get the soap out. He said no and that I had to pay for it again. I then called the corporate number listed on the sign. They were absolutely no help. Since the place is cash only I had to use the ATM machine in the building and pay the 2.00 fee. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that they would rather lose a regular customer all over a 4 dollar wash, especially when there are many other laundromats in the area. I do not recommend this laundromat. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend you do as well.

Our washer is broken so I have been using this newly opened laundromat. I have only good things to say so far: The attendant is very helpful and friendly. The laundry card kiosk is easy to use. The machines are new and efficient. The place is clean. They have a large screen television, wifi and next to forge café so you can grab a coffee while you wait!

Opened in the spot Laundromax used to be, very conveniently close to my apartment.
The good:
— all new washers and driers
— plenty of parking (if you don’t happen to live across the street)
— free wifi
— friendly staff
— very clean
— not very crowded so far (even on weekends)
— card operated (no need to hoard quarters)
— next door to Forge Baking Company
The bad:
— Showcase Laundromat a few blocks up Somerville Ave is still marginally cheaper with its free driers. (This is probably reflected in the relative crowdedness of the two places.)

Cambridge, MA
This is a new laundromat in Somerville. The place is very clean and all the machines are brand new. They have 3 – 4 sizes of washers, it’s very easy to use. They have free Wifi. The guy works at the place is very friendly and helpful. All machine require a card to operate. While you’re waiting for your clothes, you can just walk down to Forge Baking Company where is a very nice café.
