Just a heads up: this is a factory outlet store. This isn’t your average BR. The benefits: cut price deals and a healthy selection of discounts. The negatives: not much attention paid to cleanliness and a drab looking store. I’m never inspired to step into this place, but I’ll check every once and a while for a cheap shirt or item. You don’t get the niceness of a real BR, but you also get much cheaper clothing. Life is all about compromise!

If you sort the reviews by date from the first at least through mine, you’ll see a trend — a bad trend. This store is a mess. It’s cluttered and disorganized. Yes, clothes do get picked through during the course of a day, but you should have at least one employee working on re-arranging the clothes and putting them back in place… if you actually care. This place also had a ridiculously long waiting line to use the fitting rooms. I’ve seen shorter lines for the ladies’ room at bus stations and concerts. All I can say is that for this many people willing to paw through piles of unorganized clothes and wait 10 – 15 minutes to use the fitting room, this place either has brand loyalty, or a good sale. Then again, don’t all the other clothing stores in Assembly Row have sales too?

I love banana republic. But this store was a disaster. A complete dirty mess. Stuff strewn around. As if no one had folder anything in days.

Went to this outlet for the first time over the weekend. They were having a huge sale, with most sweaters and Winter clothes 60% off. I got a sweater for $ 18. They seemed to have a good selection of sizes. I’d go back again.

I had an excellent experience at the new BN Factory Store. It’s not all the way down in Wrentham, for starters, and two, they accept my credit card rewards certificates for shopping too much here as well as any other BN. I had gone shopping over Labor Day Weekend in the Delaware store. I couldn’t load my coupons on my phone, and so I paid full price on a bunch of really good discounted clothes. Bleck. I call the credit card hotline, I get no where. I find out that the new Assembly Mall Plaza has a BN Factory Store. Awesome! I don’t have to travel to Wrentham(45+ miles away) for it. I head over there on my lunch break and get my coupons applied to my order, and also buy another shirt. Awesome day! The store itself is brand new. It’s a little smaller than I expect most BN stores to be, but that doesn’t bother me. It’s also across from the Lego Store, so there’s an easy marker to check it out at. The store manager is a really engaging and devoted manager. This needs to be said, in case people don’t pay attention, you cannot return Banana Republic clothes here. Apparently they’re two different establishments, so you better head to Lechmere.
